Tacos de Carne Asada

It is hard to find people who do not love steak. It is an important ingredient in many of the world's cuisines and is definitely so in Mexican cooking. Beef was introduced to the new world by the Spanish, but it caught on in a big way once it arrived and many traditional Mexican recipes were adapted to include this new ingredient.

Grilled steak is one of the most popular fillings for tacos, just as it is in many Mexican dishes. If you are interested in trying a different way to enjoy steak, why not try this carne asada tacos recipe? It is incredibly easy to make and incredibly delicious.

This is a very simple recipe, relying on the quality of its ingredients alone; make sure to use the best skirt steak or flank steak you can find for this recipe as well as the freshest tortillas and vegetables and this recipe will turn out wonderfully. There is really no such thing as a bad carne asada taco, however, so do not feel that you have to break the bank either.

Tacos de Carne Asada

Photo Description:

Since they are essentially sandwiches, tacos are very easy to make; and that is a wonderful thing, especially when they are as good as this carne asada tacos recipe. They are simple to make and their very simplicity is what makes them so great. The savory steak and earthy flavor of the corn tortillas are offset perfectly by the onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Add in a little salsa and some lime and you have a meal or snack which is hard to beat. Try this recipe anytime you are feeling like grilling steak; or when you happen to have some left over steak from a cookout. Once you have tried this recipe for yourself, it is sure to become a family favorite.
