Place a nonstick skillet over a medium heat and add the butter.
Put the tortilla flat in the skillet.
Sprinkle over the cheese, tomato, onion and bell pepper.
Put a second tortilla over the top.
Fry each side until the cheese melts.
Use the salsa or sour cream for dipping.
(Serves 1 Adult or 2 Small Kids)
