1 cup watermelon, chopped
½ cup tomato, chopped
4 Tablespoons red onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons jalapeno, chopped
2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix watermelon, tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice together in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
