Refreshing Mango Cilantro Salsa Recipe

Mango Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients -

2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
½ red onion, finely minced
2 Tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Combine the mangos, onion, cilantro, juices, and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.

Note: This recipe can be prepared the day before and refrigerated. Let the salsa come to room temperature before serving.
