Colorful Pomegranate Black Bean Salsa Recipe

Pomegranate and Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients -

1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained
1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
½ cup pomegranate seeds
2 limes, juiced

Preparation:

In a large glass bowl, mix the onion, beans, avocado, mango, pomegranate seeds, and lime juice. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix once more.

Cover with plastic wrap and let the salsa chill until serving time.
