8 sliced tomatillos, canned or fresh
1 thinly sliced red onion
1 sliced cucumber
2 sliced tomatoes
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
½ teaspoon dried basil
4 chopped green onions, for garnish

Preparation:
Combine the tomatillos, onion, cucumber, and tomatoes.
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and basil and pour this mixture over the tomatillo mixture.
Stir well to combine.
