Ingredients -
6 corn tortillas or flour tortillas, chopped
1 lb ground beef
½ cup sour cream
½ cup shredded Mexican cheese
½ cup water
1 green onion, chopped
½ cup salsa
10 ¾ oz can tomato soup
Preparation:
Sauté the beef in a skillet over a medium heat until it is well browned, then drain off the fat.
Stir in the sour cream, soup, water, tortillas and salsa and bring the mixture to a boil.
Turn the heat down to low and cook it for 5 minutes, stirring.
Serve the beef taco skillet topped with cheese and garnished with the chopped green onion slices.
