How to Make Crispy Deep Fried Jalapenos

Mexican food is not all about tacos and burritos, but neither is it all about elaborate casseroles and impressive looking ceviche recipes. If you fancy making a classic Mexican snack, which looks impressive to serve at a dinner party or buffet but is really quick and easy to prepare, what about the following fried jalapenos recipe? The fried jalapenos batter consists of beer, spices, eggs, flour and more, to give it a light, crispy finish, and the creamy avocado salsa is the perfect dip for these.

There are deep fried cheese stuffed jalapenos recipes and breaded fried jalapenos recipes that you might like to make, but the following recipe is a true Mexican classic, in that it combines jalapenos with a spiced batter, so you get the pure jalapeno taste. The avocado salsa blends juicy plum tomatoes, avocado, onion, garlic and more, for a delicious result.

This salsa also has feta cheese in, which is technically a Greek ingredient and could be replaced with the Mexican queso fresco or queso blanco. However, feta has a slightly sour tang, which makes it perfect for this salsa recipe because the slight sourness gives it an incredible flavor and makes the finished salsa taste so good.
