Ingredients -

½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
¼ sliced red onion
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ cup chopped olives
1 diced avocado
2 cups sliced, grilled chicken
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon minced green chilies
2 fresh tomatoes, in wedges
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper, to taste
8 flour tortillas

Preparation:

Mix together the cheese, onion, chili powder, olives, avocado, chicken, chilies, tomatoes, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Chill this mixture for an hour.

Stir the lime juice into the mayonnaise and spread this mixture over the tortillas.

Fill them with the chilled chicken mixture and serve.
