Quick Pork Burritos

Pork burritos are less common in Mexico than beef or chicken burritos but are just as tasty. Pretty much any type of meat or poultry works well with burritos actually. This recipe combines the flavor of pork steaks with tomato salsa, sour cream and green onions for a simple meal yet a tasty one.

If you are in a hurry, this is a very quick meal to prepare and you will probably have most of the ingredients already. To spice these pork burritos up a bit, you can use a spicy tomato salsa rather than a mild one or stir a teaspoon of chili powder into the salsa before adding it to the pork.
