This is an incredibly easy breakfast burritos recipe. You might read the recipe and wonder why anyone would want to make thirty five burritos at once, but these burritos freeze well without sticking together and you can simple microwave one or two of them whenever you fancy a Mexican breakfast! How handy is that?
They keep for months in the freezer so it is worth making plenty of these if you have storage space in your freezer. These breakfast burritos contain ham, sausage, eggs, bacon, and hash browns for a complete breakfast in a tortilla roll. Kids are sure to love these breakfast burritos just as much as adults do. Of course, a breakfast burrito is not just for breakfast. You can enjoy one or even two of these as a snack any time you fancy it.
A lot of families rush around at breakfast time and although everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day (except perhaps in Mexico where lunch is huge and begins at 11AM), sometimes it is hard to find the time to eat a nutritious breakfast. This breakfast burritos recipe means you only need a couple of minutes to microwave one of these frozen burritos and you will have a hot, tasty breakfast all ready to enjoy.
