Hueso (weh-soh): - Bone.
Hueve (weh-voh): - Egg.
Jalapeño (hah-lah-peh-nyo): - A medium hot chili pepper.
Jícama (hee-kah-mah): - A tasty, crunchy white root served sliced and sprinkled with chili powder and lime juice.
